I just read through the entire page of children.... I don't know why. I am just so disgusted... the ones concerning exorcism and Attatchment Therapy were particularly chilling. And "Christian Science" came up an alarming number of times.

Oh God... why do people do these things?

It made me laugh cause I saw the video weeks ago by a friend lol

The two common themes to everything on the site seem to be "failure to trust basic medicine" and "failure to exercise common sense". Which is a good message, really: no matter how weird you want things to get, your first line of defense should be applying reasonable "is this safe?" judgment to pretty much anything.

It's the "astral travel" ones I'm most keying on with regard to that. Going into a trance? Probably safe. Going into a trance in an extreme physical environment where controlled altered consciousness may not be readily distinguishable from loss of consciousness reflecting impending death? Bad.

Most of the medical ones just frustrate me. It doesn't help that I know someone at work who seriously abuses vitamin supplements, believes it's the basic key to health, and tries to push them on me at every opportunity. I suspect he's half-poisoned himself with them, by how he acts. Oh, and he used to be my boss.

As long as he doesn't overdose on A and D vitamins he should be okay, because those are the only 2 vitamins that the body can't flush out of the system. Too many of them slowly kills the liver while they circulate the blood stream waiting to be used.

Anything else he can eat until his piss turns blue.
