Actually, one of the definitions of 'lie' is something serving a false impression. A name is not you, therefore, it is a false impression, and according to the dictionary, a lie.

Language is simply a collection of similar untruths given to people, places, things, actions, ideas, etc.

Post Re: A Skeptical Return.
Is following a path to a dragon really any different than following a path to a divine God? Not really, providing you still live a productive, healthy lifestyle. It's just important to keep aspects of your life seperate and only access the deep rooted thoughts at certain times.

I myself have a growing apathy toward otherkin. I am what I am. I'm just tired of transcribing all my thoughts and trying to make sense of it later on. Now I feel that what happens in my mind stays in my mind. I mean I still jot down notable images/memories but for the most part, I just let my mind off its leash and just see what it gives me.

I don't like the word Otherkin. I do believe in reincarnation and I do believe the soul can become 'liberated'. I can't answer the hows and whys. I can only say that what my mind has told me thus far is the only reason I give a damn about my life as a human even though I acknowledge it wasn't meant to happen.

I will always be a human. A human with a soul. No defined kintype will be perma label.

And, yeah, i only read the OP. No posts in between.
